Purpose of the Website
The purpose of this website is to guide, inspire, and give step-by-step strategies for building organizational skills that will lead to efficiency, which will help them to achieve goals, be successful, and lead a balanced life.
The focus areas include:

This site is for people who feel like
1) they are not using their time during the day as well as they should to accomplish more
2) have a lot to do and need as many tools and techniques as possible to do it all
3) dream big and have lots of ideas, but need efficiency and organization to put it all together successfully.
Ideas and resources are shared to help other who are struggling with “keeping it all together.” The intention is to help readers to build organization in their minds that will lead to efficiency with actions, better time management, and use the techniques, tips, and strategies they use to get to achieve major life goals.

About the Creator & Lead Writer
Ruzanna Krdilyan Hernandez's goal is to impart her knowledge with anyone who wants to achieve as much possible in a short period of time called life.
Ruzanna decided to create this website because she saw a need to help others in their pursuit of making things happen in their lives that they otherwise would find impossible. Between 2013 and 2017, she was a full-time math teacher, part-time adult school teacher, a small business owner, a mom, and a wife. She took on additional assignments at work, including parent involvement coordinator, testing coordinator, and department chair of her mathematics team at work. Within that same 4-year period, she was ALSO a full-time student working on her administrative credentials, her second master's degree, and a doctoral degree. She was the first in her cohort of 53 to finish her dissertation with no revisions necessary.
She did all this out of necessity, drive, dedication, and the support of family. She knows how things can get done if there is desire, grit, efficiency, and organization.
She is sharing her experiences and lessons with the world using books, her website, social media, videos, podcasts as a means of communication.
