3) Wake up earlier.
· An extra hour of time awake each day can add up to 7 hours per week. Even 30 minutes per week will add up to 3.5 hours per week. In the course of a year, that’s an extra 182 hours!!!
4) Get help with tasks and chores.
· Have friends and family members help you with chores.· Have friends and family members help you when it’s an extra busy day or week.· If it’s a super, very busy day, have a trusted person care for your kids or pets.
· If you have trouble turning down a request from someone to do something, don’t; but do let them know that you’ll need a week or even two weeks to get it done because you have other pressing things to take care of at the moment.
5) Use a planner and an organizer – either on paper or computer-based, like Outlook.

7) Develop organizational skills so you don’t waste time looking for things that are misplaced.
